Albemarle’s Supplier Diversity Program is a global initiative, which reflects our desire to support and participate in spending with a diverse business population everywhere Albemarle does business. Albemarle also recognizes the benefits of using a diverse, local supply base when appropriate.

Doing business with diverse suppliers can stimulate local economic growth, create jobs and support entrepreneurship. This also allows us to tap into a broader pool of talent and ideas, driving innovation, creativity and competitiveness within our organization and beyond.

We expect the mine will need several businesses to provide services like facility management, electrical service, cleaning services, landscaping and trucking.
