Through local and global partnerships, Albemarle invests in and contributes to the advancement of people and communities worldwide. We believe these partnerships build community resiliency and enrich the people and infrastructure where we call home.

Since 2016, Albemarle has committed over $2 million to community initiatives in the region.

Albemarle’s efforts focus on three main areas of giving:

Cultural Initiatives

Cultural initiatives that bring people together, particularly activities and events with an educational focus or that address issues such as sustainability or social equity
Education

Education with an emphasis on science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and future workforce development.

Health & Social Services

Health and social services with a focus on mental and physical wellness and initiatives to combat food and housing insecurity
