We need volunteers!
On Saturday, March 16th, Albemarle is partnering with the American Red Cross and the Kings Mountain fire department and community groups to install smoke alarms in several Kings Mountain area homes. We are looking for volunteers to help us make this event a success. Family members are welcome to join, and we ask that an adult guardian attend with participants under the age of 17.
Meet at the Albemarle KM Project Center at 9:00 a.m, for orientation and group assignments. After assisting with area smoke alarm installation, volunteers will return to the Project Center at 12:30 for a box lunch. Please contact Margot Plonk for more details.
